For all the varieties, the signed guarantee Grondona of selected ingredients sought after all over the world to enrich the flavour of a crumbly, generous on the palate pastry like those of old recipes: patisserie extra Pisa pine nuts, top quality raisins, star anise seeds, chopped candied orange peel and vanilla beans from Madagascar. Duca d’ Alba has today replaced the hands of craftsmen with the modernity of machines which do not "stress" the dough, making its products, which were once a luxury for the few, now accessible to many. During preparation there is respect for each ingredient: hazelnuts, for example, are the gentle round quality and they are bought whole, roasted and skinned in the factory prior to production. The patisserie Duca d'Alba is also a part of modern food philosophy: the taste of quality in moderate amounts.
